Catch-up bookkeeping BV + interim balance sheet

I'm looking for a bookkeeper to take on a one-off catch-up bookkeeping job for my BV.

I own a small BV (one-person freelance ). I'm in the process of transferring the company's shares to another company, and my tax advisor needs an interim balance sheet as at 31 May 2026 to move the process forward (with the company valuation). So, what I'm looking for is a clean interim balance for Jan–May 2026.

Some more context:

- Period: book year 2026, January–May (interim).

- Opening balance: the closing balance of my signed and KvK-deposited 2024–2025 annual accounts — I'll provide these.

- Volume: roughly 7 sales invoices and ~132 expenses, all reconcilable against the bank.

- Deliverable: an interim balance sheet as at 31 May 2026, including VAT (Q1 already filed), corporate income tax accrual, receivables/payables, the DGA current account, and payroll accruals.

Note: the 2026 transactions have not yet been entered into bookkeeping — my previous accountant did not process them. So this covers doing the actual bookkeeping for Jan–May 2026 (recording and reconciling all transactions) and then producing the interim balance sheet from it.
