Senior DevOps / Senior IAM Engineer focused on One Identity and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA).

Lead remediation, improvement and automation of One Identity services to increase control effectiveness, stability and audit readiness.

Work in Tribe IAM, squad Control Automation 4 Employees, collaborating with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Risk & Compliance and engineers.

Role requires strong hands‑on engineering, SQL proficiency, scripting and integration experience in a highly regulated environment.

Details: Salary scale indication 9–10 (depending on experience). ZZP not allowed. Location: Rabobank, Croeselaan Utrecht.

Required Profile (English)

• Academic thinking level (Bachelor/Master); proven experience as DevOps, Software or IAM Engineer in complex environments.
• Deep hands‑on experience with One Identity Manager and IGA patterns; proven track record in remediation (not only greenfield).
• Strong SQL skills; able to analyse and improve data quality, queries and control‑relevant datasets independently.
• Proficient with supporting technologies: SQL Server, APIs/web services, scripting/automation tooling, job services and system integrations.
• Solid knowledge of IAM concepts: provisioning/deprovisioning, recertification, reconciliation, SoD, RBAC/ABAC/PBAC and API orchestration.
• Experience automating manual service and control activities, improving evidencing, monitoring and traceability.
• Experience working in regulated environments with high requirements for traceability and operational control; strong English communication.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, decision‑making and collaboration skills; able to translate findings into sustainable backlog items.

• Academisch werk- en denkniveau (bij voorkeur bachelor of master) en ruime ervaring als DevOps, Software- of IAM‑engineer in complexe omgevingen.
• Uitgebreide hands‑on ervaring met One Identity Manager en IGA‑patronen; aantoonbare ervaring met remediatie van bestaande services.
• Sterke SQL‑vaardigheden; zelfstandig analyseren en verbeteren van data‑kwaliteit, queries en control‑relevante datasets binnen One Identity.
• Ervaren met ondersteunende technologieën: SQL Server, APIs/webservices, scripting en automation tooling, job services, data‑mapping en systeemintegraties.
• Gedegen kennis van IAM‑principes: provisioning/deprovisioning, recertificatie, reconciliatie, segregation of duties, RBAC/ABAC/PBAC en API‑orchestratie.
• Ervaring met het automatiseren van handmatige service‑ en controlactiviteiten en het verbeteren van evidencing en monitoring.
• Ervaring in een gereguleerde omgeving met hoge eisen aan traceerbaarheid en operationele controle; uitstekende Engelse communicatievaardigheden.
