Language : English mandatory ZZP Allowed : No Description Vacancy : GenAI Solution Architect Your Role and Responsibilities: As a GenAI solution architect, you will drive the design and implementation of GenAI-based solutions in the Contact Center, AI & CRM domain of the Rabobank. With a high focus on our Chatbot Robin. In the coming period we need to re-design the AI platform to make it more scalable. Also incorporate new innovations such as voice AI, multiturn, memory, agent evaluation, MCP servers and Agentic AI. This all to support our customers in the best possible way. You will have the unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our systems and processes. You will lead and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders and developers, to deliver state-of-the-art solutions that enhance operational efficiency and ensure a solid architecture fit. Your responsibilities will include among others: Pro-actively monitor (generative) AI market developments, staying abreast of industry trends & emerging technologies, and bringing innovative ideas to the table Translate business requirements into a technical design that fits into the (enterprise) architecture Take ownership and responsibility for the quality of technical designs and realized solutions Guarantee the usability of the products by ensuring the following points: quality, performance, availability, scalability, security, privacy, integrity and accessibility Advocate the capabilities that your squads deliver in supporting other squads within the tribe Collaborating with stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, ensuring alignment with project objectives. Who are you? A person who likes a challenge and will bring our GenAI Chatbot technologies to the next level. Obviously you are customer focused, independent, a conceptual thinker, analytical skilled, but also a team player and transparent in your communication. In addition, it's important that you recognize yourself in the following: Academic thinking and working level, with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (pre: field of Data Science) Knowledge and experience with the Contact Center & CRM landscape, and relevant technologies such as Genesys Cloud, Azure, AWS, Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Dynamics CRM Practical experience with architecture methods and techniques (e.g. Archimate, DYA, TOGAF) You are familiar with the rituals of Agile / Scrum Good command of English (business level) Pre: Good command of Dutch (business level) You are not afraid to voice your professional opinion and have an open view on the future Based in the Netherlands i.e. being able to join some meetings physically in Utrecht Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to assess complex problems and provide innovative solutions Exceptional communication and leadership abilities to bring along people in your vision Proficiency in system integration i.e. web services, API development and event streaming frameworks Interested?
